Sabongi Consulting Group, Inc. is a Minnesota-based  company specializing in historic preservation, commercial and residential design, interior design, development, design - build projects, local and international marketing.

Our employees bring imagination and creativity to all kinds of design projects.  We are committed to client service.  Our firm specializes in designing commercial and municipal buildings,  assisted living facilities, multi-family housing, park and recreation buildings, and libraries.  We also maintain an active practice in town planning and downtown revitalization.

In 2002 Sabongi Consulting Group, Inc. established Oxford Development LLC in order to create the framework for the development of commercial and residential projects.

We wanted to create an entity which would allow us to develop ideas into projects and to eliminate the necessity of hiring another development company to put together a project.
