Oxford Development, LLC is developing a one story restaurant with an outside patio seating, banquet room, dinning area for 290 people, bar area and dance area. The Building will be located in the City of Eagan on highway 13. Just 12 miles southeast of Minneapolis and 11 miles from St. Paul. You will find world class mediterranean food, bally dance, banquet room, catering and gift shop. We have put together a black and white concept design as a study for the new building at a new location. A more finished look with finishes and design will be coming soon, look for it.
St. Croix Falls Condominium Development

Oxford Development, LLC is developing a three story, four two bedroom unites on each floor with enclosed two car garage for each unite. The Building is located in the City of St. Croix Falls Wisconsin on main street over looking the geologic wanders of the Dalles of the St. Croix River. Unique Glacial Formation and 200-foot rock cliffs can be seen in Interstate Park, which forms the trailhead for the 1000 miles Ice Age Trail and close to the Gandy Dancer Trail for hiking and cycling.
